How exactly does this play, people just play normally and interact and trade? I hope there's no random pk nonsense.
I mean I like test duels but I like it if 2 people agree to a duel not the kinda crap I hear about in from software games.
Thanks for the heads up, its a game I've been through (main game and both expansions) twice now. Was replaying it after buying it on steam and was just thinking how awesome co-op would be so made this thread but didn't expect there to actually be dedicated online this is very nice.
Not sure how to link to the group but it's called Morrowind Multiplayer. Shouldn't be too hard to find.

This has more people than most private servers for dedicated mmos.
The forced multiplayer that big companies do for player retention, game padding, and microtransactions definitely can be annoying, but players banding together to create something that people actually want and enjoy is good stuff!
It'd also be nice if companies could figure out when multiplayer is actually desired, and what players mean by it. We've wanted multiplayer adventures in giant, Elder Scrolls fantasy worlds for decades, but that's literally what we want, not MMOs with MMO gameplay and MMO worlds set in Tamriel (or the Fallout universe).
