Best Moments
I just wanna hear everyones best and/or favorite moment that they have experienced in morrowind.

Mine was while playing a wood elf in the legion, was slowly walking towards a city i've never been to before (super slow was like lvl 2 wearing full heavy armor with a tower shield) and i see a woman just standing beside the road, well every gentleman knows you gotta help a "lady in distress".... well appariantly she'd a private dancer and if i go jump into a little mud hole and grab her ring she said we'll talk bout my reward in gnisis after she gets done dancing. By now im thinking hell yeah getting laid getting paid what could be better, so i run to the mud hole. And then i hear it, some guy walking behind me, who thinks he is invisible but i can clearly see his outline and i realise, this is a trap. But i can't just attack them im in the legion ima good guy if i attack i'll get a bounty. so im slowly walking towards the pond thinking of how am i goin to get out of this mess, so i figure i'll pick the ring up and charge the 2 assailants..... and wouldn't you know it as soon as i pick the ring up im getting shot in the ♥♥♥ with arrows by the invisible guy, and the woman is throwing shuriken at me. I was dead in like 4 seconds, and now when i see a lady in distress i yell ♥♥♥♥ you and walk on by, so not geting caught with that trick again

edit: oh and before anyone says it i know if you kill them both you get amulent of shadows

There are few things greater than stepping out into Seyda Neen for the first time in your life, hearing the music play, looking around Seyda Neen and thinking "...Where the Hell do i go next?"

Of course, credit where credt is due, beating Hircine was a helluva achievement in Bloodmoon. Honestly, i can't pick a "best" moment, because there's too many to choose from.

I think i wanna change mine, was walking from Seyda Neen towards Balmora (was just exploring in random direction) and i happen to see a camp fire, i said hmmm looks like someone to talk too. Before i can say hi my eyebrows are burned off and here comes another fireball at my face. since im fighting a mage im wanting to end this quickly so i bring out the daedric 2 hander and swing for the fences just to be paralysed before my blade makes contact, the mage is an idiot and doesn't move.... while im celebrating the easy victory i forget to dirnk a health potion and a rat comes up hits me once and im dead

but thats why i love morrowind, right when you think you won the rng gods have a good laugh and have a rat kill you off at lvl 20

One of my best moments, and one of the moments why I still love Morrowind was when I got attacked by Cliff Racers (How I hate these), and - more importantly for my live a Alit, being low-live I panicked and put on my boots of blinding speed, trying to escape into a nearby city, turned out I picked up, like, every Cliff Racer on this side of the Red Mountain (and possible most of the other side as well) and ended up in a tomb, I panickly made some heal-pots hoping that no ghost would finish me of (I know that there coulnd't be a enemy when I made pots, but still), after healing myself I came out and valiantly fought the army of monsters that gathered outside, in the end I prevailed. Hell, that was a fight :fhappy:

And btw, I had to dispose of some corpses before I made the second one
Just to emphasize this:

Compared to fighting twenty werewolves at once while trying to keep an inept follower alive, beating Hircine was a snap!

Those werewolves were ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I had to console command them all to death because they can take half of your health off in one hit.

Some tactics I've learned over the years: Forget Falx, if you forgot to bring in AoE paralyze spells then he's dead anyway; jump on the ledge near the start and fire away; if you went for the werewolf route, then use your Superman jump to jump up on top of the walls; chameleon/invisible your way though (although expect all twenty to instantly aggro on you in the tenth of second needed to recast).

Also, the sound they make is atrocious. Few things are worse than the ear-bursting sound of three werewolves growling at you.

My favorate times in morrowind were when I played the main mission. But won't give that away. Once I was walking to Ald-Ruhn when I found a house just outside of the walls. "What the heck?" I thought "Might as well go in." I went in and was shocked to find the place DESTROYED. Everything was nocked over, there were bottles all over the place, then I walked down stairs. There was a locked door, I just ignored it for a moment, so I looked around and thought that there was nothing of use. I went up stairs and a SCAMP jumped out of no where and attacked me! I killed him, there was a key in his inventory, I took it, went downstairs, and unlocked the door, the guy was naked. And also a wimp, he told me he was sick of being an aprentice to some wizard I had never heard of, he failed at controlling the scamp and it locked him naked in a closet.

I'll tell you a haunted house experience later.

Had leveled up a super strong dunmer warrior mage who could fly over the whole ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ world and shoot at bandits with his magic bow. Good times.
