NPC mage blocking door in Aldruhn

Is there a way to make the mages move out of doorways? I'm completely blocked by one of the mages in Aldruhn and after leaving and coming back several times over a few days I'm realizing that this NPC is never going to move out of the doorway. Can't jump over, either. ANy help appreciated, as Aldruhn is a pretty important place.

Open the console and write → RA ←

It will reset all NPC to their original positions.

And if you get stuck somewhere else, you can type ToggleCollision into the console (~) and hit enter. Type it in again to turn collision back on. I've had to use this command dozens of times to get myself out of places.
