Any issues with compatibility won't be from your system specs. They're great.
And unfortunatly the honest ansewer is "We dont know" Its more or less random if youl have any problems running it or not.
So you can either take a shot in the dark and potentially go through the rigimorole of making it run after purchasing it. Or you can try it out via alternative methods first and buy it if it works well enough to your liking.
I have never had an issue running the game though on newer hardware. Currently running an i7 4770k, 980ti and Win10 and it runs with no issues. Also ran it on Win7 and 8.1(with different hardware) with no issues. As you said though, certain configurations could potentially give it trouble and there's no way of knowing forsure what those might be. I'm sure you could get it to run on just about anything made in the last ten years with a little bit of work though.
