Please give this the oblivion treatment

Do exactly what you guys did with oblivion. Keep the core game there but update the graphics, combat, and UI. As well as maybe add things from the newer titles such as mounts and sprinting.

You’d be wrong in that regard lol my teenage brother who refuses to bathe himself likes using that word constantly simply cause he hears it in school. Imagine thinking that by simply using a single word you somehow tower above others. In my experience the people who throw “cringe” around tend to live the cringiest lives. Like playing Batman over oblivion.

No, they do it based on profitability, which aren't the same between Morrowind and Oblivion. Oblivion is better known, less niche and the cost to remaster is lower. You'd have to hire an entire team of writers and voice actors for Morrowind. The number of copies sold for a hypothetical Morrowind Remaster to break even would be more than Oblivion.

That’s not even remotely true lol and if that were the case they wouldn’t have made Skyrim on switch which likely made them jack. Plenty of new players have tried morrowind as well since it’s been on gamepass for quite some time now.

What have we learned today kids? Companies don't seek profitability. That's not remotely true. They instead chase line go up. Also apples to oranges comparisons like Morrowind Remaster vs Skyrim on Switch is a thing now. And no matter what the end result is, Bethesda didn't seek profitability when porting Skyrim to Switch. They just did it out of the goodness of their hearts.

lol man you like to twist things around. Obviously a company selling a product does it to make money. But Bethesda clearly wasn’t trying to make bank from the port they did it simply to bring in whatever little revenue it did. They’ll port morrowind not because it’ll sell billions but because it’ll sell enough for them to be comfortable with the release like they’re probably feeling about oblivion right now. Don’t forget oblivion was made by virtuous so not only do they get a cut but so does Microsoft. Bethesda likely didn’t make as much as people think they did but what they did make will be enough and that’s what matters
