Looking for a Toggle Sneak mod.
I've already tried "http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/22969/?", it doesn't work.

According to UESP[www.uesp.net], the Morrowind Code Patch allows the sneak mode to be toggled. The MCP also resets the timestamps on Morrowind's data files, which allows you to use texture mods and the like.

I can verify the aforementioned code patch does indeed include a working "toggle sneak" among its many features.
