I'm not sure, I think SkullCrusher or one of the other legendary weapons is the best.
For flat-out power output I think the Daedric Warhammer is slightly stronger, but it weighs an absolute ton in comparison to Skull Crusher so on balance I'd say Skull Crusher is superior. That said, with a maxed out Long Blade skill I'd take Goldbrand over either of them.

I think that the best Long Blade in the game is the Chrysamere, for me, it still better than the Goldbrand or the Eltonbrand

every deadric weapon is the best it just matters which class you choose on the beginning if you choose Assassin then the deadric shortsword is the best(tip in mournhold of you do an show an Assasin comes to attack you and if you finaly killed him you can steal his Deadric shortsword)

It honestly depends on how heavily you enchant the weapon.
I prefer Goldbrand over Chrysamere because the former has the fire enchantment on it as well, which I don't mind soultrapping regularly to keep topped up. Not only that, but Chrysamere is two-handed, whereas you can carry Goldbrand with a shield.

Trendbonk although you can enchant weapons far, far more powerful than anything the game gives you, I was assuming we were just discussing the base weapons without any player-added stuff on top. If not, then of course you're dead right.

Absorb Health always is nice to have. Just watch out for enemies that have spellreflect, or you might just heal them. Then again, this is true for all other damage effects.
Alternatively, make it fortify Blunt Weapons (though I'm not sure whether you can actually get this spell effect before Solstheim), or fortify Strength (which will also increase your attack damage).
And if you have a particularly powerful soul, make it a constant effect that regens stamina, or again a fortify strength or blunt weapons spell.

how many enchantments am i limited to

Depends on the item. The Daedric Weapons have lots of "Enchantment Potential" (that is, they can carry more powerful magical effects than regular weapons). In theory, you can stuff them with as many effects as you want, the only limits being that you can only add one effect of each kind (i.e. only one "Fire Damage" effect) and the maximum enchantment threshold that varies from item to item.

The "Fork of Horripilation" is the most bestest uber 1337 weapon by far.

I think that, in terms or raw hitting power, Stendarr's Hammer trumps all other weapons (its max attack value is 100). Of course, there is the small matter of its durability being only 100...and the fact that it weighs 1000 pounds. Hope you brought Flin.

In terms of more practical weapons, the Daedric Battle Axe does a little more damage than the War Hammer, and is slightly lighter as well. In terms of damage to weight ratio, I think you'll be hard pressed to beat Trueflame (potential attack value of 75 with a weight of 20).

If you don't feel like sifting through stats on UESP, just grab the biggest, heaviest Daedric weapon nearby, enchant the crap out of it, and voila! Of course then there's the whole 'reflect' issue...
