Difficulty question
So what is the default difficulty? I moved the slider around, I really want to say its 0 but for some reason I think it may be another number. Anyone know?

The default difficulty is when the slider is in the middle, whatever number that is.

The core game is pretty easy. But we'll see if you feel that way when you get to the Tribunal expansion. Or Bloodmoon.

If you're new to the game my advice would be to set the difficulty to -100, Morrowind can be very challenging for beginners. Also, any magic based character you make will be very VERY squishy for a while: you have been warned.

I'm rocking a red guard warrior, so I feel pretty confident as of right now. I feel its the safe way to play as I'm fairly new to this game.

Good, warrior is the way to start in most RPG games. My advice is to... well, listen to the advice in game: NPCs give good tips in the "little secrets" topic.
