The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind

I have a few questions.
First of all, I joined the Great House Telvanni, and I enjoy joining all the factions, mostly for the training and various quests to choose from.

Possible spoilers ahead...

TL; DR - Is it possible to complete all questlines without choosing any faction over another? Which ones are worth pursuing? I'm enjoying the rewards from the Imperial Cult so far because I've received some nice enchanted items. I also want to rise in the ranks of the Temple, but it takes a while to do all the Pilgrimages. There's so much to do in this game, but the map is so huge that it becomes tiring after a while. Any suggestions for mods will be greatly appreciated.

There are some Thieves Guild and Fighters Guild quests that require me to either kill or steal from Telvanni NPCs. Big Helende wants me to steal a staff from a Telvanni wizard, which I probably won't do, and a Fighters Guild quest requires killing Telvanni agents in the Caldera mine. The FG steward mentioned that these agents were former Thieves Guild members, but the quest is not related to the Thieves guild. If I kill any rogue Telvanni NPCs, will my standing in Great House Telvanni be affected?

I'm rising in the ranks of the Mages Guild despite the fact that they are at odds with the Telvanni. Will I need to choose one over the other when I get further into the game? I don't want to break any questlines.

Big Helende's quests are disappointing, to say the least. I bought a Grandmaster's Retort for potions. I think I paid at least 1,600 for it, and when I gave it to her, she paid me around 200. I wish I had kept it because my potions weigh more than they should without it. Lightning Shield weighs nearly 5 pounds despite the fact that my Alchemy skill is 65+. I thought MGSO was supposed to balance the weight of potions. Is there another mod for this? I'd like to find a mod to help me sort my potions, and I can't remember where I found the one I've used in the past.

I'm getting a bit bored with Thieves Guild quests. Are there more quests that I haven't discovered? I've already started Aengoth's quests and the ones from the South Wall Cornerclub in Balmora.

I forgot to mention that I need a mod to help me in the Ashlands. My vision isn't that great to begin with, so I have trouble doing any quests in that region. I know it's supposed to be challenging, but it's too difficult for me, especially when I'm being attacked every few seconds. :-P

Well, it is possible to be the grandmaster of ALL guilds. You have to figure out HOW to do it.

Cf. houses: NO, u can only become member of one house.
Quest for them are not only available in their mayor Cities (Balmore, Ald Ruhn, Tel Sadrith), but also in Vivec. I will not spoiler where u can find the quests their, its quite obvious.

Cf. TG: in every main city where u can find a mages or figthersguild is a tavern for the TG.
In aldruhn, you have to pass the MG and FG and go ahead. There is a pub with thievesguild.
In Tel Sadrith its close to wolfenhall (its the imperial looking house).
I am not sure about a vivec TG.

Cf. FG quests: The caldera ones are not members of House Telvanni any more.
The staff is also quite a safe thing, I never get in trouble with House Telvanni. And IF their is trouble, just go to a speaker (or later your superior person) and ask if you can come in.
BUT: Some factions (exp. imperial legion) will not allow you to be banned to often. But house Telvanni is cool cf. that. (If you did the main quest u will know why.)

Thank you for replying. I realize I'll need to start a new game to do other great house quests, but I was hoping to join everything else, including the Argonian Mission (Twin Lamps, I think...), Imperial Legion, and the East Empire Company. In one of my first games, I joined Hlaalu (spelling?), and I'll probably create a new character to join the Redoran house just to see what it's all about.

I've found all the hangouts for the Thieves Guild, I think, but I was just wondering if there were more than the 3 stewards that I'm doing quests for now.

I'll probably wait a while on the Imperial Legion because I have to wear their armor, and it's annoying to hear their complaints about my not being in uniform. I'm a fan of light or medium armor and robes.

Thanks for answering my question about whether or not I can complete all questlines. I'll be mindful of the order in which I complete them. :-)

You can join the twin lamps whenever you want, but i do not spoiler you how.
Same is for the other two.
Imperial legion: Go to Gnisis and ask for General Darius.
EEC you can join in Bloodmoon on Solstheim. Head to the Fort and in the IC shrine in the upper levels is a man.

Houses:
Hlaalu: Trader/thief character
Redoran: fighters
Telvanni: mages

yes there is one more3, the grandmaster. Solution (HEAVY SPOILER!!!): vivec, foreign quarters I think... Its a backroom of a small book shop in the channel

The legion wants you to wear medium armour, so.... And its just the cuirass.

No problem, if you want/need help, I can watch you playing and can give you some tips.

Also bear in mind that being a member of certain factions gives you a massive disposition drop with other factions. I.e., being part of the Imperial Cult makes the Tribunal Temple very unfriendly towards you (as a matter of fact, I think it actually might be impossible to join both at the same time). Telvanni and the Mage's Guild (or, Telvanni and everything) don't really like each other as well.

BUT it is possible. The only time u cannot join the temple is when u do the 4th and 5th challenge.
And the stats will balance eachother, as there are also bonuses if u join certain faction (legion and cult prefer eachother)

I did it for the half of the factions now, and i think the Amount is high, but can easy be balanced.
