The reason you didn't see this before is because you simply had not been to a location in the game where it tried to load that particular file. This file you are missing is from the Romance mod and has nothing to do with Better Bodies. Check where you unzipped the Romance Mod and copy the meshes from it again. Also in the Romance Mod there is another zip file called "other races" you need to unzip that too and just pick one of the races in it and copy the files in that. If you don't do that part you'll get the missing file warning, Might even be what your issue here is. Whichever race you pick from Other Races.zip will be the race that the little baby mesh will be. Without it, you'll get an error message and the game might crash if you get close enough to one that it renders, usually on the western cantons of Vivec, and the game will constantly crash if you save the game there and then try to load that save.

ah, ah, thank you! i found out that the other races.zip didn't make it when i used NMM, when i manually try to add it to data files it says " C:\Users\SAFAAK~1\AppData\Local\Temp\Rar$DIa0.077\Other races.zip: The archive is either in unknown format or damaged" it is most likely damaged but i just downloaded it today, i would like advice on this although i think i already know the problem but thank you so far

Honestly you shouldn't use the NMM. The site is a good resource for mods but its manager is very glitchy especially when it comes to Morrowind. You should manually download that mod again and unzip it yourself into a directory you can easily find it. You should be able to open other races then. Unzip Other Races, go to a folder for the race you want the babies to be, and then copy the folders within the Data Files folder for that race to your Data Files folder for your Morrowind install.

I had the same problem, probably because i used nexus mod manager as well.
But now i installed the files manually and it worked :)
Im so used to using Nexus Mod Manager from playing Skyrim all the time before and Fallout 4 but i guess in Morrowind its better to not use it.
