How do I delete lighting mods?

So, I've fully installed MSGO and have fiddled with the settings so far and everything in game seems to update to me changing the settings fine. However, for some reason, I cannot return to using vanilla lighting, which I prefer. Regardless of whether I tick the settings to be realistic lighting or vanilla lighting, it always shows up in game as the realistic lighting. Could someone tell me where lighting mods are located in the Morrowind directory so that I can remove them? I appreciate any help.

I think you have to tweak shader list in MGE settings to switch lighting improvements off.

Even after doing as you suggested, the lighting mod remained active in my game. The name of the mod is TRUE LIGHTS AND DARKNESS however I'm not sure how to pull it out of MSGO.

As a point of interest although not particulrily germane to your problem, I had MSGO and the lighting was one of my favorite parts because it made khajiit Night Eye, portable lights and light spells vitally important for stealthy indoor activities.

Now as another point of interest that may be helpful for you. I uninstalled MSGO because I didn't like the frame rate penalty on my 'supposedly' gaming laptop. I then installed the following mods which constitted the core of MSGO.

These gave me most of the features I liked about MSGO without the other mods - many of which I didn't care for. As I said in my prior post, I really liked the Darkness mod and found it on the Morrowind Modding History site.
