The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind

Join dagoth ur mod?
I don't want the mod, it's just someone said you can get a mod where you join him and take over vvardenfell. How does this work? Is it a questline or does the game just end upon you saying "Yeah, sure."?

The two most popular dagoth mods, (Sixth House and Great House Dagoth) both have rather extensive quest lines which allow you rank up by performing various different duties, much like the factions in the vanilla game.

So no, they don't just add a conversation option which allows you to instantly join his side and get an alternate ending. I haven't played the Sixth House mod myself, so I can't really say much about it, however I have played through the Great House Dagoth mod, which I definitely recommend checking out.

More details, perhaps? How does it work? Does it eventually sum up to an alternate ending?

House dagoth is something for evil characters, but on the other hand, great house dagoth is more lorefriendly and shows that dagoth ur is as evil as the tribunal gods are good. (AKA grey, grey everywhere):golem::golem::golem:
