Hardest Bosses/ Normal Enemies in Morrowind?

What did you find to be the most difficult bosses/enemies in Morrowind and it's expansions?

Personally I found the ascended sleepers to be very difficult, especially early on, especially when they use poision. Umbra- one of the best, yet hardest quests; Umbra is such a challenge.

In Tribunal the hand of Almalexia that went AWOL is very hard. The goblins are grueling as well. Gaenor, arrgh, Gaenor. He should just be avoided in general.

In Bloodmoon, those smugglers you fight in the second main quest mission are very hard, with those annoying chain-stun axes and swords.

Hmm strange when I fought Almalexia she was very tough for me in normal difficulty but I ended up beating her at level 20 without any combat increasing mods.

I used a dadriec claymore with a powerful Absorb Health Enchant that I ended up using all 400 charge to beat her.

I had to summon in every thing I could to keep her preoccupied and stunned so that I could continue hitting her with out being knocked down and also a bunch of exclusive magical resistance and shield potions as well as a reflect potion.

I was wearing bits of Adamantium and Orcish during the battle.

I also used three hell fire scrolls to hurt her down so that I could use my Absorb enchant near the end the fight as well as my Adamantium helmet with a 3 second heal from 60 to 90

But that lich girl was too much for me I got her to half health using a combination of speed boosts chameleon and random summoning of a skeleton to distract her.

I ended up being smacked once with a ball of frozen poison lightning and dying

The Royal Signet Ring is an easy way to defend against magic and it is honestly the strongest defensive item in the game. I would say that it is fairly overpowered. The effects are as follows: Constant Effect -- Reflect 100%, Resist Magicka 100%, Resist Paralysis 100%, Restore Health 10 points, and Restore Fatigue 10 points. :D

how did you get this ring without cheating? it drops off the king who is always by a guard.

Notwithstanding the king being with a guard, you can still kill him (and the guard too if you so desire), and then you get the ring off the man when he dies. It will not be easy though (if you play normally), however, it is still very possible. I cannot remember, but I think killing the king may cause the questline for Tribunal to be broken. I really do not see how him being with a guard is even relevant; it is just one more person to deal with I guess. I have an amulet of invisibility that I created, so you just re-equip it any time that you do an action since interacting with stuff and attacking makes you visible. With the right items, you will be fine. Just do not use magic on him since it will not work due to the ring's effects, and using enchanted items (such as ones that give extra damage) will just go right back at you because of the 100% reflect.

i was just under the impression that if you kill him the royal guards would forever be aggressive to you.

Snowy granius is pretty hard. He is on the bridge towards the dwemer ruin that you have to go into to get the dwemer puzzle cube.

I fought Almalexia earlier today on the hardest difficulty. She was pretty easy to kill. It took slightly longer than most enemies, however, she was not that much of a challenge. She is especially easy if you have Eleidon's Ward, which I maybe used 4 clicks worth. Overall, I was not fazed by her.

try doing her on hard mode

fight her in the temple with all her hands helping her.

you can also find her in the tribunal temple (before she sends you off into sotha sil) but she is surrounded by a bunch of ordinators with enchanted gear (called hands)
