But when I open my Journal (j) and go to Options Quests it shows which quests are still open. Is this a mod or something I have missed that shows "show all" or "show active", this sounds more Oblivion than Morrowind.
Which quests are still showing. My Spanish is not great although I lived in Honduras for close to 9 years, But I am sure I can work it out whichever language you reply in.
the "show all" option will list all quests, completed quests will be grayed
i do wonder if this is mod related... i've never seen a bug like this before

All the quest are written in black, they are never marked in grey.
Some people who play in German have the same problem as me, but I play in the English version.
My </3 is broken. Help.
How can I know if Tribunal is installed in game?
I never check my Journal nowadays I have played so long.
I guess I never bother as there are some quests which will never grey out or show complete unless you belong to certain factions and a few others are glitched.
It is strange MCP has not fixed a lot, as it fixes all these quests: to make sure Journal updates. http://www.paulcarr.com.au/elderscrolls/patch/quest.htm
If you have been attacked by the Dark Brotherhood and can travel to Mournhold, Tribunal is installed.
Check your launcher and make sure DLC's etc are in correct load order:
Morrowind
Tribunal
Bloodmoon
When you installed MCP and clicked "apply chosen patches" that it installed all and did not give an error message?
There are some tutorials on the net which will show you how to use the console for completing quests. UESP wiki (if google the quest name) will show all the quest stages and say if there are any problems with that quest.
did you try renaming the "Morrowind.ini" file on the game install directory and re-launching the game so it creates a new one?
You can either use console to ensure quests you have "definitely" completed get closed, or have a look at these 2 Journal mods to help you stay organised:
https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/47492?tab=description
https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/46756
You do need MWSE installed for these to work.
Morrowind
Tribunal
Bloodmoon"
In my launcher the order of the DLCs is:
-Bloodmoon
-Morrowind
-Tribunal
This is important? How can I change that?
Thank you both for helping me so much
Try this "tool" (MLox) not only will it reorder correctly it will also warn you if you have any "plugin" problems.

The first thing is to thank you for helping me.
The problem was that the Spanish translation said exactly how to organize the files, but I forgot to follow the instructions when I installed it.
It has cost me several moments of my little free time, searching in many forums, accidentally downloading a virus and asking you several times how to fix the bug ~ but it was much easier to fix than we all thought. ~
Thanks again.
Don't hate me, I'm color blind.
Thanks again to both of you.
JAJAJA. Solo bromeo, me alegro de que todo esté bien ahora. Disfruta el juego.
p.p.s Mi español es pésimo a pesar de que tengo 8 años aquí en Honduras.
i speak portuguese and my "spanish" is way worse than yours :)
i am glad he at least reported how he fixed it, might help someone someday
JAJAJAJAJJAJAJAJAJA, lo siento, lo siento, se me da fatal poner mods.
Según he podido ver tu español es perfecto, si no me hubieras dicho nada haría pensado que has estado viviendo toda la vida en Honduras o en mitad de Toledo.
