Better Clothes mod just doesn't work for me

Anytime I've tried installing it and then booting up the game, I'm then hit with countless boxes that state some clothing random clothing texture is missing and whether I want to continue running the game. And I mean upwards of maybe 12 - 20 of these textures.

Am I installing it wrong somehow? Its typically the only mod I get that affects clothing and I have Better Bodies. Is this supposed to happen?

When you get the warning do you carry on playing the game?
Do you see any missing textures?
Do you make a new game save?

Better Clothes replaces a lot of clothes so if you are using an old save game and not a new game, you will get warnings, until you make a new save.
OR
You have another clothing mod which is overwriting Better Clothes and the load order either needs changing or a bashed patch created.
