Repairing spells????
Apparently, while I had been playing a wizard, my stave was breaking. I fixed it no problem, unti; I realized one of my spells that I had been using a lot also had a "Breaking meter". What is it, what does it do, and how do I repair it?

Thanks for any help. :]

That must just be the "chance to cast" meter. When your fatigue is low, your success chance for spells drops too. Replenish your fatigue and watch the meter go back up.

Note that tough spells won't reach 100% chance until later (if ever).

This meter is like mana fpor your item.

Every cast to use item (depending on it's natural magic affinity and soul used tocreate it) has an ammount of charge it holds, and everytime you use a spell you use some of that charge.

Depending on a spell it may drain 1/20th of the charge, or more than 1/2.

This does recover slowly overtime, or can be sped up by using soulgems on the item to restore it's charges quicker.

Since im not quite sure specificly what you are talking about ill list off a couple differet things.

On enchanted weapons, the durability bar shows your enchantment charge count. It recharges slowly over time or if you dump a soul gem into it.

If it isnt enchanted its a flat durability bar.

If you talking about a spell you cast as the player its a indicator for chance of sucessfull cast, fuller = better. Low fatige is most likely what will bring it down but stat draining spells cast on you can affect it as well.

Spells you cast with enchanted items do not use you mana, instead the item has an amount of charges (whatever it is called, similiar as the normal durability) that you consume. It recharges simply over time but it takes pretty long, so you need to rest a couple of days. Or you can use a soulstone with a soul in it on the item, this refills some amount.
THank ya'll! :D
