As for training mysticism on the cheap.... best way is to just spam one of its spells. You can try getting detect animal, go some where with several non-hostile animals, such as the netch farm just northwest of Vivec, and spam it there. You'll level the skill reasonably fast with that. Obviously you'll need either a lot of magicka regen potions to make this work, or a regen mod.
Well im khajit so i guess its kinda logic for magicka. Any idea how i can get some enchanted items for intelligence and magicka ?
And i dont want any mods for the magicka regeneration, vanilla best <3
Either make or buy a Mystcism spell that you can eaisly cast and tran using that or just pay for the training. There is virtually nothing you will ever spend all your money on so thats usualy what people do.
