I dont know how to complete the hlaalu hortator quest

Nileno dorvayn told me to speak to crassious curio but im not anything getting useful from him the quest log does not update i klicked on every possible dialogue choice i had also tried persuasion and got nothing new its on 75

However one of the notes says:

" You can start this quest before completing The Path of the Incarnate but will be unable to finish it, since there will be no Hlaalu Hortator topic in conversation."

I'm wondering if that's what's happened to you.

Might just need to roll back to a save that you didn't complete the path quest, just like turtle mentioned. Also if you don't have the save, save and save often, friend.

OK that's your problem then. You haven't done the Path of the Incarnate yet because that's the next quest on.

Follow that story line and come back to the Hortator quest afterwards.

That's where the problem lies: you're not even supposed to be trying to become the Hortator yet. Do "Mhera Milo and the Lost Prophecies", then "Path of the Incarnate" right after it. After doing those two quests, you'll be back on track.
