"Odd Rumor" Note Problem Bloodmoon

I recently contracted Lycanthropy and I wanted to cure it. The problem is the the "Odd Rumor" note isn't at the fort's docks at Solstheim I checked everywhere near the docks. Help?

If you have the disease, a cure common disease potion or spell will remove it. The note doesn't appear unless you become a full werewolf, which would be 3 days after getting the disease. At night, the game forces you to transform into your werewolf form if you're a full werewolf.

Yep, this also applies to vampirism.

Do note that the Cure disease potion only works before the disease finishes. If your allready at the stage where you transform its too late for the potion to work and youl have to complete the quest to cure yourself, or cheat.
