I was originally leaning towards that, but I would like to know why shock's better.
Nice to enchant one with frost as well for Golden Saints and there is another opponent with decent resistance to shock, cannot remember which it is at the moment.

Play mage mainly, so always make shock/fire and fire/frost spells to cover as many eventualities as possible.
It would cost a lot or you would have to use the intelligence glitch to raise Int to 1100, Enchant 100 and Luck 100.
You and the OP like your weapons.
I like "dirty" magic or at the moment a level 17 Marksman. Poor warriors cannot even get close to hit me. 110 Marksman, 100 Agility and high Luck, I can pot shot anything from 100's of metres away with a Daedric Bow and never miss. (apart from Kagouti, they have some weird mesh which means you miss once in a while.)
All 3 Elder Scrolls you say....
