his voice acting is really good why isn't he in any other ES games. also morrowind is pretty good story and stuff. 10/10.

He literally voices all the male Dunmer in Morrowind, therefore by extension he voices Jiub in the Dawnguard DLC for Skyrim, therefore by extension he is in other ES games.

Not really. I haven't ever heard the male dunmer in Morrowind sound like him. Their voices are all hoarse.

Just beccause they sound different, doesn't mean they aren't voice acted by the same person. I never would have guessed that the guy who voiced Brynjolf in Skyrim was the same person who voiced Medic in Team Fortress 2

And just in case you were asking why Dagoth Ur isn't in the other TES games, it's because you kill him in the main quest

I think that they could have resserected him if they wanted. I think that MW is the best designed game in the series. MW IV & V are rather lackluster compared to the depth of MW III.
also think they wanted to cash in on getting players to buy IV & V so they kind of knocked them out and then turned them over to the MOD folks.
