If you don't know then the north is stronger than the south. Stay down south until you are stronger. If you cannot beat an elemental and survive or if you cannot beat a DB member and survive you have no business up North yet. Any vet could go there at Level 1.
imo the db member is skill check early game and if you cannot beat him then you need to improve. Basically he represents that check that means if you can tackle him you can tackle pretty much everything else after him. And you get good starting armour for passing that test.
You may need to practise more before going north.
North is a bit harder so stay south for a while and learn how to tackle mobs, the Dremora in the south are probably a bit easier. Dremora are quite strong if you are not good at the game like wreck you without sweat strong.
I also don't think there would be a mod i have never seen one and it does not make sense. It seems kind of strange to want such mechanics. You could just buff the Guards using real magic in the game but if you knew how to do something like that then you would know how to handle them naturally as well.
Well because if they can't even hit a single dremora while fighting several vs one, how are they even able to protect the towns? Doesn't really makes sense to me. A regular dremora isn't even "up there" on the scale of powerful daedra that we can meet.
Temple pilgrimage takes you up north, just to join them. And you don't have to be powerleveled to do it ;)
i could go there naked at level 1 alone and be fine same with Theo.
I will uninstall Morrowind immediately and will never touch it again until I can recite the entire uesp wiki by heart!
You could argue that you might as well take on vivec or dagoth with that logic? I mean you are in a hard area of the map at a low level and expect to beat that if you are not capable?
You could just use the console and pass the quest with a command at that point?
Not trying to give you are hard time but if that area i hard then its because it is a hard area of the map to someone if they are new. It means you need to train down south more and learn the game a bit.
Well you may be stuck with that dremora for now but you just discovered a way to get guard equipment for free
Being immune is an issue and probably why they are trying to get guards to kill it.
They are trying cheat scum the mechanic of Dremora. Which means they probab getting one shot or something.
Overall it just means learn an improve and you are in an area that would be more suited to players at least 10+ more like 15 to 20. It Morrowind so level don't really matter skill does but if you are pretty new i would say that area of the map is for level 20 players roughly.
