Missing Books regarding Nerevar?

It's pretty early on in the Blades Questline that you're advised to look into the Nerevarine Cult.

The Fighter's Guild bloke who asks you to go into the Dwemer Ruin, he advises that if you're interested, you should check out the Balmora Bookshop and pick up a few books. This gives you some additional insight into Nerevar etc, but what I find cool is the various "perspectives" you get on what happened.

I'm quite certain i remember that the books should be available for purchase, not to mention the guy tells you they should be, but they're not there in my game. It doesn't feel right.

edit: I'm now in the Ald'Ruhn bookshop and they're not available here either.

They're not in any of the regular bookshops. Cauis Cosades has a copy of the first one, but the other three books mentioned by Hasphat are banned by the Tribunal Temple, so no bookshop sells them. Following the main quest will eventually have you meeting with somebody who'll give them to you.
