How are you supposed to find the cave of the incarnate?
I understand the opening times its basically like the a azura coast holamayan thing but how are you supposed to know where it is??? I tried to read books and check every dialogue option but i would have never found it hadnt i looked it up.

The first time I played the game, I spent a little while finding it using the riddle & talking to various ashlanders around the Urshilaku camp, but I eventually found it.

The riddle given is:

"the eye of the needle lies in the teeth of the wind
the mouth of the cave lies in the skin of the pearl
the dream is the door and the star is the key"

The main thing is to find the 'teeth of the wind', which are revealed in game to be two tall spires flanking a small valley on the northeast slopes of Red Mountain. If you head east from Urshilaku camp just off of the coast, and look southward periodically as you go (you'll prob wander through some ruins as you do this), you should eventually spot the two tall spires with a valley in the middle. Then its just a matter of following the valley up the slopes of the mountain until you reach the door.

Being an Azura-centric location, you'll only be able to enter at dawn & dusk hours, similar to the Holomayan monastry.

Best of luck with it. If you still can't find it, there's always the UESP wiki, but that's kinda cheating. :)

Ok so you looked around the camp, found ashlanders that said the teeth of the wind are two tall spires to the east of the camp and went from there?

Yeah, that's where you go. Just a little ways west of the Ashland's eastern border, there's a long canyon whose entrance is marked by two tall spires, one on either side of the canyon. Those two spires are the Teeth of the Wind, which marks the entrance to the Valley of the WInd. Just follow the path between them until you reach another rock column. This one's white at the top; that's "the skin of the pearl". Once there, simply wait until either dawn or dusk; at either of those two times, the door will be open.

This game was back before quest markers existed, so you need to read the ingame journal to figure out where stuff is; once you have the info, finding something is generally easy (this is the only time it kind of isn't) but you need to actually explore and look around secure in the knowledge that the map itself isn't going to screw you over by misleading you in the process. :P

yeah - in all Quests - you want to find a special Place - just ask the Ashlanders
but - you must have a good Disposition with them
or having done some Quests or Items
