The Funniest Things In This Game

So, here I just wanted to make a post where I ask you all: "What are your favorite funny things in this game?" Now, this can be anything going from thinking the name of a specific item is funny/silly, to having a specific character send you on a funny quest. Here are a few of my favorite funny things in this game, and the main point of this discussion is for you guys to leave your favorite funny things in the comments!

Now, for starters I think my absolute favorite funny/silly thing in this game is actually a sound file which you can only find in the game's files, it's actually not ever even played in the game itself!

The sound is actually a voice saying "Critical Damage" in a rising tone. But, whats funny to me about this is that if you play the sound backwards it actually sounds like someone is saying "Sam Has No Pit Hair". If you want to hear this sound, I'd suggest just searching for it in google because its a lot harder to find it if you go through the game's files instead, plus there are a lot of different places where you can find this sound on google anyway.

Another one of my favorite funny/silly things in this game is the "A Man And His Guar" quest. Now the quest itself is actually very easy as all you have to do is just escort, well, a man and his guar (woah huge surprise there) to the city of Vivec. If you want to start this quest, just simply follow some of the roads north of Vivec and you'll find, well, once again, a man and his guar in the middle of the road. Simply speak to the owner of the Pack Guar enough about certain topics and you'll eventually start the quest.

Now whats funny to me about this quest is if you hover your crosshair over the Pack Guar, rather then it actually saying "Pack Guar", it instead says "Rollie The Pack Guar". If you were to try to talk to Rollie, it will actually bring up a chat menu that will say random things each time you talk to Rollie. Some of them are things like: "Rollie has nothing to say to you at this time" or "Rollie looks as if he were about to speak, but then thinks better of it" There are many other things it can say too. You can also talk to the owner of Rollie and learn that he and Rollie are good friends, and that Rollie was the best Pack Guar he's ever had.

Also, when you get to Vivec, the owner of Rollie complains about how you can't bring Pack Guars into Vivec, and then you go on without Rollie from that point onwords to finish the rest of the quest, leaving Rollie standing in the middle of the road just outside Vivec for the rest of the game.

Also, another thing that I find funny is that during a quest for Raven Rock in the Bloodmoon expansion, there is a part where you are asked to take care of a Nord who is blocking a door into a building. However, you are asked to not kill the Nord, and only just make him go away by beating on him with Hand to Hand.

But, if you speak to the person who gives you this quest and say that you aren't very good with Hand to Hand (Which, with my character, I was terrible at Hand to Hand) then they will be annoyed, and ask you about how you don't know how to throw a punch.

Now, to me this is funny because I'm like: "But wait, you don't understand, it's not that I don't know how to throw a punch, it's that for me to succesfully hit this Nord with my fists is a chance that is calculated by my Hand to Hand skill, and because I don't have a very good Hand to Hand skill, I won't be able to EVER hit this Nord. Even if my fist actually goes directly through his entire body, I STILL won't hit him!" And, sure enough, I stood in front of that Nord for a while trying my very best to hit him, and I just couldn't.

Talking to the ash vampires or other dagoth enemies can be pretty entertaining. Uncle Curio and his sexual harassment can get funny at times. Creeper, mudcrab merchant, the naked nord in tribunal, Miaq, and countless other shenanigans.
