where is Berwin's shop?

I need to find his shop for a quest but for some reason I can't seem to find it. Could some kind soul please help me out?

Berwen's shop is in Tel Mora. You can get a boat there from Sadrith Mora, Vos, Tel Aruhn or Dagon Fel.

If you arrive there by boat, keep them behind you and the tower in front of you.
There should be a path on your right, follow it. Her shop will be near the end, there's a banner outside.

From Vos, Tel Aruhn, Sadrith Mora, or Dagon Fel, take a boat there. Once there, go through the circular gate and slightly to the right, there's some stairs; go up them and travel forward. The small mushroom structure on the other side of that central area is Berwen's shop, with the sign for her shop right outside.
