I seem to have misplaced the location of the guild in Vivic (I know my memory seems to fade after several hours of playing....

Foreign Quarter at the top.

It's in the northeast of Foreign Quarter Plaza, the upper-most level. Three different ways to get there, depending on how you reached the Foreign Quarter in the first place.

Via Mages Guild: Leave the Vivec Mages Guild branch house through the front door, and turn left. The Fighter's Guild is on the other side on the plaza, ; it'll be the larger of the two buildings on that side.

Via Vivec City Gondola: The gondola drops you off on the northern side on the Foreign Quarter, so now you have a choice of which way to go. Either way will get you there, but one takes slightly longer due to distance. Whichever way you go, you'll need to turn a corner and go up a ramp, do a 180-degree turn at the top at the ramp, travel in the opposite direction for awhile, turn a corner, and go up a second ramp. Once you go up that second ramp, the door to the Foreign Quarter Plaza will be right in front of you.

Now, remember that choice I mentioned? Here's where the consequences from it come to call; if you went to the right when you left the gondola, you'll be entering the Foreign Quarter Plaza from the west, so you'll need to travel to the opposite side of the Plaza. From here, it's the same directions as in the Mages Guild method.

Via Silt-Strider or boat: This is perhaps the longest of the three methods, as both the boat and the Silt Strider are north of the city. What you need to do is once you arrive in the area, cross the bridge into the city. From here, follow the gondola method's directions.
