King's Oath or Gravedigger from Tribunal, though you'd have to progress through its main quest first and pickpocket or kill the owner for the latter afterwards.
Nothing really stands out in memory from those mods.
I couldn't have said it better. My ONLY problem is that I wish that the DEV's could fix my problem of fixing the mapping ability because I have large areas of the map that are still black even though I have crossed them more than once. In spite of this and a couple of other minor problems I love this game.
If we could get the DEV's to at least do an update I think that there sales would see a large increase, but they are to busy making money on the game even after 21 years its been on steam.
I mean, in the case of those mods, none of that affects the mainland. It's all additional content that takes place elsewhere and matches up with the main game - that was the intention of them, to fit into the world as if it were there from the start. It's basically more vanilla stuff to do.
They're not going to come back and touch the game. They'd be making very little money off Morrowind at this point, likely less than $1000 a year, which is nothing to a multi-billion company owned by a multi-trillion company.
They moved on almost immediately after to Fallout 3 and Oblivion, and are now milking Skyrim, Fallout 76, and Elder Scrolls Online, and are developing several other games. On top of that most who worked on Morrowind are long gone and given what has happened since, I'm not sure I'd trust those left behind to touch it.
If you want your bugs fixed, you're going to have to use the fixes made by the community.
Alternatively, Daedric Dai Katana with twin 'Calm Creature + Humanoid' 30pts for 4 sec in 50ft on Touch/Strike Enchantments.
AoE pacifier stunlock sword, doesn't aggravate neutral targets either as Calm is not a hostile effect. Very balanced.
Something like that.
Repetitive 50ft AoE Calm kinda creates a, er, 'visual clusterf*ck' however, so for long term use, it might be a good idea to scrap the AoE and stick to single target Calm shenanigans lol.
Also it thoroughly confuses guards, who will repetitively switch between trying to arrest you & wandering back to their patrol route...
