How to rank up in a guild?

I am really lost, can someone help me?
I want mostly to rank up in Hlaalu, and the mages guild.

Example: for Rank 1 - Retainer, on Hlaalu.

-i've read thatyou require both 30 speed and agility, i have 64 of agility and 70 of speed.
-And that you need to raise an skill up to level 10, that is befitting to the respect Guild. (in Hlaalu it's Light Armor, Marksman, mercantile, speechcraft and others.)
But i've already have 45 of speechcraft.


Do i need to talk with some NPC, do some quests or something like that?

You need to meed the attribute/skill requirements and do quests.
Then ask about advancement.

do enough quests until you're eligible for advancement

if your promotion is denied, then hover over your specific faction in your character sheet

it tells you what requirements you need to advance right there
