Hlaalu Hortator mission bug?

I'm trying to complete the Hlaalu Hortator mission and i received the yellow book from Nileno, and Ive since tried to speak to Crassius Curio, Yngling Half-Troll, and Dram Bero< but they dont say anything other than to consult the yellow book to find out where the councilors live. Is this a bug? Or am I missing a step somewhere or something important?

I do have the dialogue decluttered mod installed, would that be causing an issue?

Could I use console commands to push the quest along?

Did you get the quest after asking Nileno about the councilors? Because that creates an entry in your quest log when giving you the yeloow book without you having actually started the quest. You have to continue the Path of the Incarnate to a certain spot to actually do the hlaalu ortator quest

Ah ok thanks for the quick reply! I looked up The Path of the Incarnate quest, and I haven't started that one yet. And yup, I think I did get the quest after asking Nileno... Cheers.
