Another build i came up with is altmer noble. Same principal but with much more magic. I chose illusion/conjuration (got rid of athletics) in majors and alchemy/enchanting/alteration in minor skills, light armor instead of heavy/medium cause glass armor is high elf armor (i will be only using cuirass and tower shield). Much slower and weaker in the beginning compared to nord, but pshycal attributes will eventually catch up while nord will forever remain a brainlet.
Even for a no-brain nord, there are plenty of items available if needed. Skill will also cut the costs dramatically and potions are cheap and plentiful.
Would put athletics and typically acrobatics in minor, never major.
"efficient levelling" is complete bs and can always be ignored.
You have high health, hight hit chance, high movement speed, lots of space to carry stuff, already know a healing spell that can bring you up to full health. All you need to do to start wrecking ♥♥♥♥ is to buy 1h axe and shield from Arrile, even Todd Howard can do that.
Also, without security this character would be even more of a brainlet cause you have no organic way to raise intelligence without "efficient leveling". And 30 magicka is not much to work with. Barely enough to cast a couple of healing spells.
