My belt is usually cast on use enchantment like jump 50 pts for 2 seconds and use it to jump around the map or something more useful as an on use effect (like levitation).
And I believe daedric gear are the only armour worth good constant effects, I think daedric tower shield holding the most.
Enchanting in morrowind imo is way more powerful than oblivion or Skyrim because of the things you can do. I remember as a kid having a frost and fire glove on touch enchantment and could spam them to kill big bad enemies in seconds
Ebony armor holds a fairly decent amount of enchantment. I've had Wood Elves as strong as the Hulk with constant fortify strength effect.
Also top is perma flight ore jump (need only a few points) and you can jump over most opstacles.
It gives on tier clothing above exquisit, but they are very rare on the amulet you could put +24 str on it perma, if you are consequet with strengt you can reach near ore even above (with one of the radagulf gloves, you found them in the cave where you are send in the main quest) 300 str.
Has good enchanting capacity
Instead of, for example "fortify strength 5 points on self", you can enchant an item with "fortify strength 1-12 points on self", and then just equip and unequip the item until you get the full amount of fortify.
