Exploring Arkngthand

I am playing this game for the first time sense it was released many years back. I am looking for the cube needed to solve the quest from the fighters guild. I do mot remember real well but I think you had to jump over a pit of lava to continue the quest and find the cube.
Well I have been through the whole level and no cube and I can't get out without it. The only way my character can jump is up and down. I tried a levitating spell but that did not work. My athletics is like 46.
If I do not find the cube I can not leave by the entrance so all the time is wasted so if someone could help me out it would be awesome

You don't need to jump over any lava pit. The cube is in a room by the entrance of the dungeon, you don't have to go anywhere in the dungeon besides that room.

yeah, if i remember correctly, there is a path that leads to the area just above the entrance.

yeah, if i remember correctly, there is a path that leads to the area just above the entrance.

There is; it's up that fallen stone pillar that forms a ramp. Once you reach the top of that ramp, hang a left and go into the Cells of the Hollow Hand. The puzzle box you want is on a shelf in that room.

its hopeless I found the box but can't fimd the exit but I see it on the map is there a cheat code I could use to exit?

the exit is just below that platform.. go down to "ground" level and go to the "exit"

I wonder if there is any player who has not searched hours after hours for this cube at least once.

this is the only quest I have spent days trying to solve. I have spent the best part of 3 days looking for that cube and had it once today but did not save. After awhile it kind of looks the same. There are a lot of stone paths and if someone says turn right at the boulder(etc)
it does not help. I know there are ways to obtain quest items (at least there used to be) so I will either not do the quest or find a cheat code or some thing.

i know i did, that one fallen pillar that makes up a path to the upper area is kind of illusive if you dont know what you are looking for

don't say things like that...OK I found the hollow Hand and I have the box but I just can't seem to find my way out can you help?

Cavern of the Incarnate is shown on the paper map you got with the physical copy of the original and GotY, even if it's not marked as such. And you were basically expected to consult that map for some quests.

I have the cube but I do not seem able to find my way out can anyone help an old guy????

so, i fired up the game and explored the dungeon, the thing is a bit of a maze...

the place you got the cube, the is an room with some tables and a opening on the ceiling (depending on how you got there, you might have dropped down from here)
next to the tables is a door, go there and follow the stairs all the way up, you will end up near the entrance again. find the pillar path on the left to climb up to the exit/entrance of the area

Edit: looks like i went all the way to Heavens Gallery, you dont need to go that far.

get the cube, go back where you came from, and look for a path on your right, there is a broken pillar hugging the wall that you can use to climb up
