Clannfear left glove?

The only mod I have installed is MGO, what is this. Not bringing anything up online. I found it in a chest at a daedric shrine. It doesnt seem to do anything special.

Oh, didnt realize there were gameplay related stuff in the package like that.
I dont mind it being there was just curious, when I first saw it I got excited that I would be lord of the clannfears or something. :c

Make a graphics overhaul - include gameplay changes... Facepalm. Yet another reason not ot use MGO

Overall I think mgo is great though, I certainly wouldnt want to spend the time to do it all by hand. *flashbacks of skyrim* *shudders*
