Totally safe sleep you can get at the excise building from the bed roll on the floor (no brotherhood)
Take over the shack of the guy involved in the tax quest.
I know about those two. I want to have houses in other areas as well. Like in Caldera where I killed this guy.
I already discovered on my own that after I killed that guy who killed the tax collector that I could sleep in his bed as if it were my own.
THATS why Im confused. I killed that guy -> I get to use his bed. I kill the guy in Caldera who lives alone -> I DONT get to use his bed.
I mean I know this is a fantasy world, but that's not how math should work, right?
I was trying to use the bed by looking at it and pressing the rest button, when of course I had to look at it and press the activate/use button (space).
It had been so long since I rested using a bed that I forgot how to do it. lol
for legal bedding most guild houses offer free bedding (not all beds will work look for a place in the hall with a cluster of beds)
also going outside of the towns outskirts will be sufficent to level
