Report a translation problem

The problem was Raptr's desktop app. Closing it completely solved it!
Gah.. Should have tried that!
I just ended up uninstaling and deleting everything. Then I reinstalled Morrowind and been playing Vanilla(still with DLC but no mods) since.
Well, I may try MGSO again and not have Raptr running.
Good to know that worked.
I know there is or was a bug that something like that would happen if you turned the music all the way down but I never did that nor want to.
