can i do the main questline if im a vampire? so far i havent given the package to caius so can i do all the quests after that

I would say probably. Being a Vampire in this kinda sucks IIRC; everyone hates you and it does lock you off from most of the game. Feel free to correct me

Yeah I'm not sure, but it might make npc's in the main storyline not like you.

No you can't. The only people who will talk to your are mages guild, telvanni and whatever vampire clan you're a part of.

Morrowind is not great game for being a vampire.
You will miss out on a lot of quests, not many will like you and you will get bored of the same greeting all the time, also the "back path" to finishing the main quest is a little boring.
If a completionist wait till you finish the main quest before becoming a vampire.
