Join the temple or imperial cult (or both). You can use their shrines for free or reduced price (don't remember off the top of my head), and just keep using them until you absorb the magic from them.

Join the mages guild for free restocking magicka potions.

And I don't know if it still works, but summoning a flame atronach and firing fire spells at him until it reflects and hopefully you absorb is another trick of regaining magicka.

Thanks. Already looted a couple of mage guild. (Also took the opportunity to make ton of cash by stealing stuff. Screw rules right?)

I feel I might be in trouble later on so your shrine method should work. Can a spell directed to myself be absorb? Like if I make a fire damage one on me or w/e.

You don't even need to use an offensive spell for the method to work. ANY spell will work, even spells from the Restoration school, as long as you're the target of the spell. One method I've seen suggested is to summon something that uses spell, then attack it until it's angry at you, so you can absorb its spells. As a Dunmer, this is something that you can already do once a day, as Dunmer have the Summon Ancestor Ghost ability.

THANK YOU!!!! Was looking for a way when I'm on the pinch. Completely forgot about the ancestral ghost.

One more question. What are the best way to make money as a mage? I'm playing rebirth thought and I know it fixes some abuses.

Well, I'm not sure if Rebirth considers this to be an abuse, but I've always used Creeper when I've got stuff to sell. He's a non-hostile scamp who lives on the 2nd floor of Ghorak Manor, in Caldera; he'll buy weapons/armor, booze, and magical items, at their maximum value, up to a maximum total of 5000 gold, and his available gold completely restores every 24 hours. The Mudcrab Merchant will do the same thing, but he's twice the amount of gold.

Failing that, I would try the Museum of Artifacts, in the Godsreach district of Mournhold (City of LIght! City of Magic). The museum's curator, Torasa Aram, will buy artifacts from you, and you can get quite a pretty penny from this. There are 32 eligible artifacts for this, and the amount of gold you can get varies between them, from 250 for the Boots of Blinding Speed to 30,000 for Chrysamere. The main problem with this is that a lot of those artifacts are quest rewards or quest items, so getting them will take a lot of legwork, and two of them (the Mace of Slurring and the Robe of the Lich) are just plain difficult and dangerous to get.

Dunmer do not have summon ghost as a racial ability. They have ancenstral guardian, which is a powerful sanctuary spell. Its easy to get it mixed up.
