and solstheim is great after lv10
you can just do the main quest, but if you are attacked by the Dark brotherhood,
and want them to stop, just go to ebonheart, tell the guy, and i think it stops
you can do either whenever though
but the tribunal dlc is better after you do the main story
bloodmoon is whenever
You can do them at early levels but they will be really hard
But I will also say Tribunal is a lot harder than Morrowind and Bloodmoon is even harder for different reasons.(I actually find it a boring place and rarely do it).
Giving you an exact level is difficult as some people will have min/maxed and OPed themselves early, others like to play with a natural progression. So someones Level 10 could well be a lot stronger than my Level 20.
Personally I try to complete the main quest first, but have on times got a little bored and jumped there early.
the story makes most sense if you play the main game first and than tribunal.
bloodmoon is an unrelated story so you can play that whenever.
altough it is more suited to characters that have leveled up a bit.
