Mod the fixes the cliff racers movement
Hi, I'm a new player and I'm experiencing problems with the cliff racers. Their movements are glitchy, with them sometimes getting stuck in one spot in the map. When they try and attack me, they get stuck in midair and can't get down. It takes them a while to break out of this and attack me.

They also respawn weirdly. I was doing a mages guild quest (Manwe's dues) and go into Molag Mar, enter a building talk with a guy called Manwe, and when I leave the building, sometimes there are cliff racers, and sometimes no cliff racers. I can't tell if the cliff racers should have respawned or not.

Is there a mod that fixes the cliff racers and makes them behave consistently?

Probably not. I don't think anyone ever considered them broken compared to AI in Morrowind in general. Who said they can't get to you, maybe they don't want to, just to annoy you even more.
As for respawns, obviously they're random.

Frustrating. I thought their AI would be one of the first things to be fixed. As for respawns. They are random, Did not know that. Thanks.

If they are right above you and stuck just move back and forth to get them to inch their way down, it is very annoying

Play long enough you get used to them being stuck in trees etc and later on at higher levels leave a dungeon and find 6 or 7 stacked one on top of each other waiting to attack.

They have a respawn chance rate of 1 in 4 and 90 aggressive.
If they get totally annoying would be easy enough to create yourself a mod to change it to 1 in 10 respawn chance and 50 aggressiveness or whatever you wanted.

Rebirth fixes their pathing and movement, but that's an entire overhaul mod.
