That did not seem to do anything, unfortunately.
^the better engine for morrowind
V redesinged textures, and ui
https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/46221
Edit: I think I made it work by adding a second "data" folder in the openmw.cfg
yeah so with this way of doing it all you need to do is extract the mods and the set the path most people will set it up as follows.
/path to mod 1
/path to mod 2
/path to mod A
I usually make a sub directory in "Data Files" called mods and then just extract my mods into that and then set them in the cfg file as above so it would look like.
data="E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Morrowind\Data Files"
^ set by default when you run the wizard then you just append your mods after this line.
data="E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Morrowind\Data Files\Mods\mod1"
data="E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Morrowind\Data Files\Mods\mod2"
data="E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Morrowind\Data Files\Mods\mod3"
you can set the directory where ever you feel is suitable to you just an example of how i do it and overall most people do it this way as in split the mods over several lines because for various reasons but mainly because its neater.
