Morrowind on android?
Am I allowed to create a guide on how to run this game on android on steam? Or is it illegal?
It's just emulation using the game files from steam

I don't think it's illegal because you need the official morrowind game to work it. But I'm no legal expert so take that with a grain of salt

I really really wish Bethesda would make some official statement on this. tl;dr - "Open Microwave" on google play store.

I mean all the guide would consist of is "Google Play Store - Open Microwave" /fin

It is not illegal to write a guide how to play a game you own on some device. For example there are a ton of guides how to play windows games on Linux.
