Theres like a partial set of Orc armour in Caldera thats flagged as owned but if you take it even in the open no one cares remotely even the orcs yell at you but thats it

I knew about that one, I have played this game for endless hours. I should have reiterated that this game is endlessly entertaining. It never stops to amaze me xD

Btw, in Seyda Neen I learned a rumor that there is an underwater city near Gnaar Mok, is that relating to the underwater shrine of Boetiah if I am correct?

Take some potions of water breathing with you; you're going to need it. That location is where you begin Boethiah's Daedric quest, and you're going to have to dive to reach the statue.
