Also you may want Unofficial Morrowind Official Plugins Patched, if you have the DLC's.
Check this link for some top quality mods from this year, mostly textures but also a couple of quests.

I highly recommend Scum Retexture https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/42582?tab=description
You would not believe the difference it makes to the Bitter Coast.
As others have mentioned it changes the game to much. Never played it myself because it does not interest me. For a new player i would not recommend it if you want to experience the real world
"Robert's bodies" is a matter of taste. They don't look like vanilla. You can use something like "Familiar Faces" or "Facelift" and "VSBR Vanilla style body replacer".
The other mods you mentioned are okay.
You can use recommended mods from OpenMW curated list
https://modding-openmw.com/lists/
Most of the mods are compatible with vanilla. Use "I Heart Vanilla: Director's Cut" modlist, except "containers animated", "Vanilla Inspired Water", "Auto Ammo Equip", "TrueType fonts", etc. mods which are OpenMW-specific.
