The one used for Skyrim. Not NMM or Vortex, but MO (Mod Organizer)
I'll keep my eyes on it. I just got Mod Organizer to work with Oblivion (Disc Edition). I'll add Morrowind to my endless list of experiments.

Or MLOX here:

You need to get a NexusMods account, though. There is a version of Wrye Mash at Great House Fliggerty (download.fliggerty.com) and you don't need to create an account to use it but it is an earlier version as well.
Yup. Have those tools ready to go. Been registered with the nexus for many years. It's literally the only place I go to for TES Mods.
1. download and install Mod organizer 2
2 Download modsetx86 https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/45304 and install
3. do configure modsetx86.ini
4. launch modsetx86.exe
5. launch MO 2 and enjoy
But you also will need "Wrye mash stand alone" if you wanna register some mods by one click, which requires editing mirrowind.ini (launch it from MO2) and BSAreg for *.bsa registration of certain mods which contains it (launch it from MO2).
All of these things work perfectly.
