How make it play in fullscreen?

Run the launcher -> Select Options -> Full Screen

Simple, if you're asking to play this in 1920X1080 resolution on Fullscreen if thats what you mean then i suggest that you download the Morrowind Code Patch 2.4, https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/19510

It is simple to install and it will fix the Fullscreen issue and you can also do alot of other thing with this program. Hopefully this helps.
