Help me decide which quest mods to use.

Sİnce Daggerfall Unity reached beta, I thought it was time to get ready for the Elder Scrolls marathon I've been putting off for years and started modding Morrowind. Choosing the rest was easy, but when it comes to quest mods... Let's just say my decisiveness lost some steam.

The quest mods I have my eyes on so far are: Sotha Sill Expanded, Darknut's Greater Dwemer Ruins, Of Justice and Innocence, Julan the Ashland Companion, Morrowind Inhabitants Freeform, Twin Lamps (cleaned).

What I'm looking for in a quest mod: Lore friendly, non-faction and non-build specific, doesn't add to/change the map too much (because Tamriel Rebuilt is an option), high compatibility, decent writing.

First question, are there any "get that thing out of here" mods between those?
Second question, are there any other good quest mods you recommend?

My indeciciveness is mostly centered around the first two mods. Both have amazing maps and they are good at what they do, but I'm not sure "what they do" is right for me right now as both are a bit labyrinthine without proper directions. They require a lot of trial and error.

My second option is mort's rebalance mods (which make expansions easier but buffs sixth house creatures, so endgame Morrowind becomes the most difficult part of the game) plus Tamriel Rebuilt, which will maximize my time with the game.

Third option? Don't use quest mods.

So, which one in your opinion?

(It is good to mod Morrowind, there is no reason to keep it in the release state. Tamriel Rebuilt is a very good mod to decrease the amount of non sense in the game, I consider it must to have. Julan is one of the best companions in any game, in fact you can't get as good commercial companions in any game. I would not care of rebalancing mods, Tamriel Rebuilt is pretty well rebalanced. It makes the game a bit harder, making some bosses more like bosses. In the end you will be godly, but that's Morrowind. If you don't cheese Tamriel Rebuilt is good. The biggest issue with it was that it has removed some free OP gear laying around, which was annoying to find out.)

Okay, thanks. Follow up question: Do you also recommend Skyrim: Home of the Nords and Project Cyrodiil along with TR? I think there's some sort of relationship between the devs.

(Hmm, have not tried those mods, so can't say of them. Project Tamriel I have tried, it was an interesting expansion, but while being very true to Original Morrowind which some may especially appreciate, I appreciate much more fleshed out detailed world.

Vanilla Morrowind feels very unfinished, and getting a lot bigger vanilla style Morrowind is not exactly what I am fond of since in my opinion quality is more preferable than quantity, hence Tamriel Rebuilt.

So the question boils down to do you prefer quality over quantity or other way around.

I have about 250 hours in Tamriel Rebuilt and have done maybe 1/2 to 2/3 of the game. So there is a lot to play in not so big world.

Those bigger expansions would be very nice to check to see what people have built, but quite unsure would I enjoy spending 200 to 300 hours in them instead of more detailed and fleshed out small world.)

Argh, forget what I wrote, I got confused with Tamriel Rebuilt and Morrowind Rebirth. I was talking of Rebirth, yet wrote Rebuilt.

Dunno if you're still undecided about getting SHotN and P:C, but if you are i'd recommend them (especially SHotN, since rn P:C only released Stirk), they have some pretty decent quests and let you explore (parts of) other provinces.
