Fastest way to level all stats to maximum in the shortest amount of time revisted
Alright, I made a post about this some years ago, however I think I want to revisit this. Yes we came to a conclusion of around level 27 minus luck being maxed. However that was based on pure possibility of well... reading books that leveled you exactly so you achieve this. However what I want to discuss now is since all the enemies in the game are exactly where they are and not spawn in creatures or random. Does anyone know what the fastest was to get all stats 100 minus luck is? At what level too.

You could do it at level one if you choose your skills carefully.

That is impossible within normal game play. You can only choose 15 points maximum. You need 15x26 points to max all stats minus luck.

Oh yeah nevermind, i was thinking of a mod....

not sure what the difference is been replaying it lately but I know that any fortify atribute spell with soul trap added as a made spell makes a permanent boost to you in game stats not sure on level up what happens since I know that can be used to up your stats over the base game max

I mean in the stat page to max all the numbers to 100 minus luck.

"fastest" is very counter intuitive word to use for this, since efficient leveling without console or mods is rather long and tedious work. besides, skill books are not necessarily fastest way, because running and jumping might not be available depending on your major/minor skill picks.

Well honestly not all birthsigns and race and class are created equal. I could be remembering wrong but the least leveling character is a high elf wizard under the steed I think. Has 10 or 20 more points than all other mixes...

but argonian female (could be male, i'm not 100% sure) has highest base speed...

But look at the other stats compared to other races.

Update 1: finally got this project started. So far so good. Just need to get the bitter cup, a fortify luck potion, and one drain personality and endurance potion (for each).... really I just need the drain personality one because I have the other two already. Then I can drink the bitter cup and get luck to 70 at level 1 😁😁😁😁😁. And no I am not using mods or chests or hacks or glitches. It's all vanilla. If things go according to plan. Max stats all at level 50 legit.

So you are going a long, long way round to gain 1 level?
Maybe my math is bad, but you can max all stats by level 51 without the "Bitter Cup".
Am I wrong?
My very poor math shows it could be done in 39.
First calc without Bitter Cup then with it.

Starting stats, how many levels to reach 100 and Levelling up 5/5/1

(1)
Str - 50 =11 Level ups (cannot go from 95 to 100)
Will- 50 =11 Level ups (cannot go from 95 to 100)
Luck- 50 has gone up 11 now = 61
(2)
Int-30 = 15 Level ups (cannot go from 95 to 100)
Agi-30 = 15 Level ups (cannot go from 95 to 100)
Luck has gone up 15 now = 76
(3)
Spe-40 = 12 Level ups
Per-55 = 9 Level ups
End-75 = 3 (+2) Level ups
Luck has gone up 12 now =88
(4)
End the (+2) Level ups.
Luck has gone up 2 now = 90
(5)
Luck at 90 needs 10 Level ups

1+2+3+4+5 = 11+15+12+2+10 = 50 Level ups.

Now-------------
What if can do Bitter Cup early
Take 20 from Endurance, add to luck.
Starting Luck 70, Endurance 55.

(1)
Str - 50 =11 Level ups (cannot go from 95 to 100)
Will- 50 =11 Level ups (cannot go from 95 to 100)
Luck- 70 has gone up 11 now = 81
(2)
Int-30 = 15 Level ups (cannot go from 95 to 100)
Agi-30 = 15 Level ups (cannot go from 95 to 100)
Luck has gone up 15 now = 96
(3)
Spe-40 = 12 Level ups
Per-55 = 9 Level ups
End-55 = 9 Level ups
(4)
Luck 96 requires 4 Level ups.

1+2+3+4 = 11+15+12+4 = 42 Level ups.

or alter (3 + 4)to the below:
Per and Spe for 9 Levels + Luck for 4 levels then endurance for 5 levels.
Leaves Spe 3 Levels and Endurance 4 Levels.

Calc - 11+15+9+4 = 39

thats impossible by 51. Because if you do +5 to two attributes every level by level you will never max all of your attributes out its just not possible. You'd have to obtain level 82 in order to get all 100 in all attributes. It is absolutely critical to use the bitter cup to cut this down because there are no skills that are governed by luck. it only goes up by +1 every level.

Also your math is severely wrong. Instead of "crunching numbers" use a spreadsheet and you will see your flaw.

No flaws.....What? You need a spreadsheet to do straight forward math. Love to see what calculations you have in your spreadsheet. Show me where my math is wrong, it is very easy to follow.
Also hahahaha I just came across a very long debate between yourself and someone else from 3 years ago about the exact same thing.
Not going to do the same thing here.lol
