Tribunal because that's the order of the story, and bloodmoon is scaled for a higher level.

Tribunal continues the story of the tribunal, specifically almalexia and sotha sil in the wake of the heart of lorkhan being destroyed (remember vivec mentions how sotha sil probably won't notice losing god powers but almalexia might take it harder?). It's geared for level 15+.

While bloodmoon is more disconnected, follows the daedra god hircine and an event that happens only once an era called the bloodmoon where he does a cool hunt with werewolves and chosen champions (which nerevarine is one).
It's geared for level 25+

I think I'm level 26, but cool, I think I'll start with Tribunal.

OP, there's a good chance that you've already started Tribunal without realizing it. By now, you've probably been attacked while you slept by an assassin dressed all in black. Investigating that attack is how Tribunal starts.

I've killed a bunch of them, and early on I talked to the woman about transportation to the main-land, just so that I could go whenever I wanted. So, yeah. Easy money early on they are, if you have a combat based class. Sell off everything they have for a grand or 2. I don't think most early game players know about creeper. But I bet he would buy that stuff for good prices.

Yeah creeper will buy it. I stopped using creeper years ago because he breaks the economy and takes the fun out of the game.

Yeah he's broken. But I'm rich as hell now, and at the very least I can get secondary skills to a usable level with all the money I got from him.

I think I have 230k? I didn't realize how OP he was until pretty late into the game which was probably for the best.

To be honest, the whole economy in Morrowind is broken..
And there is a Mudcrab, Creeper is not alone

You can freely travel to and from the expansion areas, so it doesn't really matter when you go to them.

And ye, Morrowind was never a balanced game. Alchemy alone breaks the economy. And I'm not talking about super potions. Even just buying 6 Septims worth of mats and turning it into 1000 just with base 100 Alchemy.

I was at over 700k before sinking about 100k in training and just ended up selling creeper almost 200k worth of stuff for his base 5k because I just got bored of buying/selling to make the most money that I'm already barely using now.

I just dump all my items in Caius' house in Balmora now instead of selling. It's a dump in there now. Scrolls half way up to the ceiling, rings and amulets scattered all over, a table covered in keys, quest reward weapons, ect. Ect.

I heard items disappear from chests so I just dump everything on the ground.
