Looking for specific scrolls

I want to have an Ekash's Locksplitter scroll for when I do an Aldruhn Thieves guild quest where I raid another guild and I cased them out and they have a chest with 100 lock.

I don't think the item I need to turn in the quest is in that 100 lock but I am curious what is in it and I doubt my lockpicking ability (though I am level 11 with fair buffed agility and have master lockpicks). My alteration also has not been built up to yet where I could make my own spell and successfully cast it even with buffed Willpower of like 75.

I tried shopping at all the Mages guilds I could teleport to from the Guild Guides. Any trick to finding specific scrolls or just random? I'm going to do the Main quest in Aldruhn (find gift) and other quests and see if I just happen to find more enchanters with scrolls in their saleable items.

You can find unlock scrolls as random loot in bandit dungeons.

If you have the money, I'd suggest to buy a ring or amulet and a large enough soul gem, then use the enchanter for a 100-100pt open spell. It doesn't matter if you only get a single charge out of it, you won't be using it very often, but it will be reusable (unlike a scroll).

If that's too expensive, there are a few more enchanters you can look at. The complete list of all enchanters in the game is here.[en.uesp.net] I checked each entry, and none of them offer guaranteed Ekash's Lock Splitter. The ones that have randomized scroll inventories are:

* Hlendrisa Seleth, Tel Uvirith, 12 random scrolls (available only after Telvanni Stronghold is built)
* Llether Vari, Ald'ruhn, 6 random scrolls

Some of them may require that you belong to their faction. I think that randomized items get reset after a day or so (but my game is very heavily modded so I can't be sure if that's the default behavior). Check their individual pages for their exact locations (easily available from the list pages I linked to).

Im not sure where you can buy one, but you eventually find those scrolls at higher level. Or you can create an echanted item that does it, or your own spell, if you have the skill.

If you have decent locking picking skill, you can also have a chance to open it using a grandmaster pick.

Thanks I have the spell, item, soul gems but need to raise 20,000 gp (save up) for a lock 100 item.
